1. Scope

These terms apply to all services, information products, and goods offered by leadmirrorx.digital.

2. Services

leadmirrorx.digital offers consulting sessions, scenario planning workshops, and review services that leverage AI-aided insights to enhance leadership decision-making. These services include one-on-one coaching, team simulations, and custom scenario analysis designed for executives and managers seeking data-driven guidance.

3. Information Products

We provide digital materials such as e-guides, video tutorials, and templates focused on leadership strategies and performance reviews. Materials are delivered via secure download links and are accessible upon purchase.

4. Goods

Physical items such as branded workbooks, planners, and training kits may be purchased through our online platform. Products are shipped from our Zurich facility and will include delivery tracking.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request cancellation at least 7 days before a scheduled session. If eligible, leadmirrorx will process an 80% reimbursement of the service fee. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior are not eligible for any reimbursement. Clients may reschedule a session once at no extra charge within 30 days of the original date subject to availability.

5.2 Information Products

Digital materials are delivered immediately after purchase. As access is granted upon completion, info products are not eligible for reimbursement.

5.3 Goods

Physical products may be sent back within 14 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging. Once items are received and inspected, leadmirrorx will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs for sending back items are the client’s responsibility.

5.4 Processing of Refunds

Refunds are processed through the original payment channel. Once approved, processing may require up to 10 business days. leadmirrorx will confirm completion via email notification.

6. Modifications

leadmirrorx.digital reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services or purchases after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Notice of changes will be posted on our contact page.
